Reach the library without giving up the relic
Find the Monastery Keys hanging in the wooden groundskeeper's shed beside the sacristy on the west side of the courtyard. The keys open the sacristy, the building with a small cross, where the Relic of St. Tyna is on the dead nun.
Instead of trading the amulet to Brencis's trapped soldiers, enter the neighboring house and read Campana Loquitur. It explains that the cursed nuns still obey the convent's bell routine. Unlock the eastern bell tower below and climb to the rope.

Ring the infirmary signal first. The zombie nuns move to the building where Brencis's soldiers are trapped and eliminate them. Ring the church signal second to pull the nuns away and clear the courtyard for Anca.
Loot the soldiers and open buildings before telling Anca the way is safe. This route retains the Relic of St. Tyna and avoids fighting the self-reviving nuns directly.

Leonica and the real choice

The first objection dialogue is not the lasting branch. The meaningful choice is whether Coen destroys the notes or lets Anca use them. Both routes continue into Between the Words and keep Anca's romance available.
