Best Relic of a Saint
Use the Saint's Tibia found in St. Tyna's Convent during Echoes of Silenced Bells. It satisfies Nareh's requirement while letting you preserve the separate purple Relic of St. Tyna.
The convent has meaningful choice outcomes, but taking the Tibia does not force you to burn or surrender Anca's notes. Loot the relic before leaving the quest area.
Lizard moult, silk and quicksilver
For the moult, search the Tatzelwurm cave east of the Muddy Trail shrine and south of Vera in the Briar Sloughs. Early walkthroughs connect the same cave with the Pale Ravager hunt during Bittersweet Toast.
Silk can be found through related questing or bought from Sanzhana after completing the Lunka/Pearly and Precious chain. Reported prices vary from roughly 5,000 to 6,000 denarii, so looting it is the economical route. Quicksilver is a fixed pickup on the top floor of Aurelius's Tower after Home Sweet Home—look on the table to the left.
Upgrade the set to Legendary
After all four Epic pieces are complete, return to Nareh for the final ritual. The encounter summons wolves followed by an Ursine Apparition, so repair gear and prepare healing before starting.
